the location was really convenient (i could walk to the canal walk shopping center in just a few minutes). the staff were helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. i found the room clean upon arrival and housekeeping kept it that way daily. breakfast was varied, i appreciated the large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.
the tv remote was missing a button, making navigation a little tricky.

The hotel is near the shopping mall. It made accessing various stores and restaurants very easy (perfect for quick outings!). the area around the hotel felt secure, i was comfortable walking around at different times.

i interacted with the reception staff and they were courteous and efficient in handling requests. the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. overall, i found the service prompt and attentive.
